Hi Eileen

Just a quick post just in case you have not seen it yet.

The forum board seems to have been invaded by Smilies

I'm using Firefox and can not access the site through clicking my 'Favourite' link although I can get access if I open a new private window and login from scratch.

Clearing out the cookies and browsing history has fixed the problem for me at least, did not have any problem with any other forums or websites so Gremlins right enough.

The site was updated yesterday so you may need to clear the cache in your browser. All is working fine this end.

Hi Fred,
The forum is working fine but as I said you need to clear the cache from your browser. Google Crome seems to be giving a little trouble but is fine when you clear the past history.
The updates to the forum need to be done from time to time to cover the latest security additions. Sorry for any problems you are having.

Hi Eileen

As I said mine is now working OK once everything has been reset.

However - I just wanted to say one of the improvements is a GREAT feature - What is it.

The ability to drag and drop attachments.

Forum usurers that are experiencing display problem on their computer monitors, this is happening to a few members that are running Google Chrome as their browser, but not everyone is experiencing this.
Below is an extract from the PHPbb community on how to completely clear the cache for Chrome,
(When you clear Chromes cache are you doing the following. Control +H clear browser data "beginning of time" select Everything.)
If anyone has a problem with the display of the forum using any other browser, I would recommend that the history cache is deleted, it can be done by pressing F5 on the keyboard when you are actually have the site displaying, or as the browser suggests , this will differ from browser to browser.
Several members have done this and have informed me that it works.
Enjoy the forum and thank you for your support. Ray & Eileen.

Hi Eileen, as you know, I too was having this problem for a couple of days,
I logged in to input the remedy you suggested , but before I could the site had righted itself, since then, no problems.
